I'm always impressed with the service at Gebhardt when I take my car in. Everyone is attentive and friendly and explains clearly what work is necessary for my car and how long it might take. Actually, when Stefan called to set up an appointment, I made the choice to leave my car and arranged my ride home although they offered to take me home. Stefan kept me apprised of what work had been done by phone throughout the day and when I could expect it to be ready for pickup. All the work was done successfully and on time. I have been dealing with this dealership for 15 years and have always been treated fairly. They have always provided service when I need it and if I need transportation they have provided it.

Tom is a great person to work with. The service was done promptly while I waited. This was a first time visit after a new car purchase.

The service department did what they promised to do. They didn't waste my time. I did have to return the car to have the clear mask reapplied because it didn't stick. That wasn't the fault of the dealership except that they didn't inspect the detailer's work because it was very obvious that the clear mask wasn't properly applied.

The Gebhardt Team is WAY above average!....Garret knew his product, and offered a truly remarkable experience in shopping/purchasing a new VW !.....Miguel was terrific in financing and his knowledge was superb!......Tom from parts/service followed up in a timely manner with the information regarding my "added extras" and getting me scheduled in for the service!....I can't say enough about the positive experience that the Gebhardt Team generated for a truly terrific car-buyiing experience. Tom and everyone else in Service is great; they know my history and remember details from earlier visits. We chat about my car, about his car, about new VW's, and then catch up on life and family. I feel like the Gebhard folks are all family. The best sign of a good dealership is the continued employ of great people with depth of knowleged of their products, and with concern for the customers--and Gebhardt has that! The dealership offered one of the best prices in the Denver metro area for the car I wanted. Also they were able to get a better interest rate then I had been pre-approved for. The sales rep that helped me, Bill Lloyd, was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I don't look forward to buying cars, but Gebhardt VW and Bill Lloyd made it quick and easy. I couldn't take the car with me that night but as soon as he could, Bill delivered the car to me in Lakewood, great service!
