We have now purchased three vehicles from Gebhardt VW and have been extremely pleased with Bill Lloyd's help, giving us good advice and good deals on our new VWs. Stefan Clifford has been wonderful in the service department. Both of these men have been great about follow-up and communication. We will return to Gebhardt for our service and for future new VWs.

This was my first time going to this dealership. Tom made it as smooth as possible. He was very thorough explaining everything. He asked why I hadn't gone there before and I mentioned typically dealership are more expensive for service. He said they were competative with pricing. While him and I were talking about it a customer was standing behind me and said how great the dealership was and she thinks I will really like it. Tom turned around and greeted the customer by name. I am a customer service manager and creating advocate's is what we strive for. Tom created an advocate with me that day.

I have never had a car buying experience like I did last week at Gebhardt. Bill Lloyd was very professional, introduced us around the building, gave us free VW bottles and treated my family and myself amazing! Bill took the time to go over everything in the car so I knew exactly what all the features were. I have purchased 10 cars in the last 10 years and after this experience wouldn't purchase a car anywhere else. Many thanks to Bill and your whole team- they all were amazing!

I brought my car in with a check engine light. They were prompt at checking me in and accommodating to my schedule. Diagnosis was done and I was called back with results. Upon my approval of the repairs required (cooling temperature sensor) they got right to work on the fix. Car was ready (and cleaned) when I arrived first thing in the morning as I was told it would be. I was very impressed with the service consultant and her handling of my issue. I had also been in 2 weeks prior at the end of the day with a dying battery and the same service consultant got a new battery installed (she was able to get a tech to stay late). They were also $75 less than the other local VW dealer with a much better attitude! I highly recommend the Gebhardt service department and will plan on scheduling maintenance with them in the future.

Stefan provided excellent attention to detail and follow-up with me as review progressed. I was concerned about a potential fluid leak, and brought car in without an appointment. Stefan called me with regular interval updates. Happily, there was no problem with the vehicle, and Stefan returned it to me much cleaner tha when I brought it to him. In addition, I was not charged with the service visit.

My Touareg was due for service so I selected Gebhardt Volkswagen based on prior good experiences with their service department. They have successfully serviced and repaired other Volkswagens owned by our family in the past. This was another great experience where my service appointment was easy to schedule, my vehicle was serviced with excellence and on time as promised. Whitney and Stephan were my service writers and they took great care of my vehicle and of me. They were both very friendly and professional. When my next service interval arrives I will be returning to Gebhardt for service.

As always great service? Got taken care of right away and my car was ready at the time promised. Friendly staff. Great dealership. Would buy another car from them.

Rich was great - very attentive and knowledgeable! He worked to fit the Passat to the price we could afford and came in special hours to close our deal. I appreciated his warm demeanor and friendly personality, even after the sale. He even calls periodically to check in. Unfortunately, the business manager who led us through the actual leasing paperwork was pushy, couldn't explain what certain terms meant, and talked with his buddies instead of getting us out with our crying baby. We were pretty upset. NOTE - the head of the dealership wrote us a personal apology and credited our service account to make things right. I was impressed and will remain a loyal customer. This is the second car we have leased through Gebhardt, and we will return because of great people like Rich and the general manager.

Rich was helpful, friendly and prompt, and worked with me to find the right car for me. I walked in there not knowing what I was looking for exactly, just a few general criteria. We sorted through the cars and he found exactly the kind of car I was looking for. Love at first sight! If that wasn't enough, after the purchase he offered to help drive my old car allllll the way back to the rental facility many miles away. A great service provider. Thanks Rich!

Loved working with Rich! This was my 2nd car I have leased with him. So I guess that says a lot that I wanted to work wih him again. He was very helpful going through all my different options and I left happy in my new Jetta. Thanks Rich!
