Once we found one that really interested us, he helped the deal go smoothly as we made our offer. He was kind enough to stay until the papers were all signed and the car was given to us.

Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to what I wanted and answered all of my questions and concerns. I left with a beautiful Jetta for an awesome price! Was visiting from out of state and the back passenger door handle came off the door of my year old Tiguan. These guys were fantastic as they worked me into the schedule at the last minute and got me back on the road for no charge. Understanding, efficient and kind. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

I worked with Dustin and Rich on the purchase of a new VW Golf TDI (which I love). I got a great discount and a nice value for my trade. Even if you don't live in Boulder County, you should give Gebhardt a shot. I don't think you'll be disappointed. I like the free Saturday car washes, 3 years of free maintenance, $50 gift card for service...nice touches...

Working with Rich and Gebhardt VW was a delight. Rich listened to my desires and did not try to put me in a car that was not right for me. He then got back to me and let me know when exactly the car that I was looking for was available. I would have given the overall experience a "great" rating but buying a car was a big deal for me and I stressed myself out a bit in the process. My wife and I had a very good experience with Rich Moss at Gebhardt VW in Boulder, CO. Rich was both knowledgeable, and willing to find answers to my technical questions about the car. My impression is that the Service department was thorough in inspecting the used car we ended up buying, and forthcoming about the work it needed to have done (at dealer expense). All terms of the deal we negotiated were clearly expressed and followed-up on to our satisfaction. We've hardly driven the car since we took possession, so I don't feel we can comment on the quality of the repairs undertaken by the service department, but so far everything seems fine on one trip around town. The same applies to my 4 rather than 5 on Price. It seemed a fair price, but only a longer ownership experience will tell me if we got an exceptionally good used car for the money.

So I live in fort Collins but because Mr. Rich Moss does a fantastic job to ensure outstanding service I drive to Boulder! Thank you Rich for always smiling n being so kind and of course the best best car salesman! I will most certainly be back and I always reccommend you to my friends and family! Fantastic person! Rich is so amazing! I came to him looking for a new Volkswagen and he has totally taken care of me from beginning to end! I recommend him as a sales professional. I don't have anything to add that hasn't already been said in previous comments. Rich Moss was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He was honest, friendly, and easy going. He was also very patient with my complicated trades and test drive requests. Anytime a friend wants a new car I'm going to recommend Rich at Gebhardt.

Rich Moss was easy to work with not only during the sale but after it as well. I feel like Rich went above and beyond picking me up before I bought my car and once when I had to go back to the dealer. I feel like I got a fair deal and I would recommend Rich to a friend.
