Best Place in Shelton for Service and Sales

I bring both my vehicles to Gillis Auto. One I purchased from them and the other was purchased many years ago. I purchased the one vehicle from them because of the friendly and courteous staff. I have a dog and she loves going into the service department and sales area. Everyone knows her and the ladies always have a treat, or two, to give her. All service for both my vehicles re done at Gillis. Lloyd in service is outstanding. I never question anything he recommends because of his trustworthiness. I highly recommend this dealer for both service and vehicle purchases. Drew in sales is great. He goes above and beyond to help you with the purchase. He's very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and will recommend the best choice for you.

Great Customer Service

I have always had great service at Gillis. We have bought 2 trucks and 2 cars over the last 12 years from Gillis. I suspect we will buy from you again when we are in need of a new car or truck.

Very Helpful

Excellent service from both Josh and Scott. They were friendly and helpful. For their part, the whole experience was pretty painless. The lot and "showroom" arent anything fancy, but they were clean and comfortable. I would definitely consider them in the future.

Great Service

I brought my Ecodiesel in for a rather expensive oil change (its first) and was impressed that Wendy took the time to insure that I was aware of the cost. My truck also received a computer update from the manufacturer while it was there. This is why I have maintained my MOPAR vehicles at the dealership in the past. I plan to continue to do so. Thank you Wendy and service staff. DH

REPAIR WORK, DRIVE BELT REPLACE, AND SERVICE

I trust them

Stress free service. Took my Dakota in for an oil change and to get my door fixed. Lloyd kept us updated on what was happening. We forgot my upper brake light needing to be fixed but Lloyd told me if it didn't get fixed he would take care of it. I figure we can get it next time. From the trip before I thought we needed the ball joints replaced. Lloyd assured me they were ok. I am happy I don't have that expense real soon. Love the lady (I am so bad with names) at the payment counter. She told us the total and then made sure we knew how much we had to put towards the bill. Even when I am not feeling good that day everyone is pleasant.
