Hybrid Mileage

My 2015 Fusion Hybrid has lost about six to seven miles per gallon over the first 30,000 miles. The first 10,000 averaged 44.5 MPG, the second 10,000 miles averaged 42 MPG and the third 10,000 miles 37 MPG. Driving conditions have remained about the same. I learned to drive a hybrid with a Prius that didn't vary more than a mile or two over 70,000 miles. The service dept didn't seem to have answer as to why the mileage had been reduced, commenting that there is wear on the engines....in 30,000 miles?

Usually better!

Scheduling oil change is now much easier!! Love it!! Wish your invoice was written in laymen terms so we could determine what parts were used and charged for. Would make me a much happier customer. Beautiful wash job, Thanks! Wish you would have brought my car up from the parking lot below. Would have made me happier and also should have removed dirty wet paper mat and ticket number. Costumer service was a bit lacking this time. Had an email coupon for price reduction but forgot it. Why couldn't it just be in the computer so I could take advantage of it easier?

Except for the weather, very good

The buying experience was stress free and Randy was a great guy. Financing took a long time (but it always does). Overall very good process.
