No integrity

Sales person was dishonest about a feature of the truck. Sad thing is, I still would have bought the truck, even if he had told me the truth.

Just the worst... needed an oil change, 150k service... had low tire... said could not repair tire... offered 125.00 tire I asked about two and any discounts... guys said at 5:00pm that’s all the discount your going to get , I will put your spar on for you....

Customer

The purchase portion of this transaction was relatively easy and my sales person, Grant worked very hard to make the deal happen. Liz in finance was very personable and made the process easy. I was not satisfied with the way my vehicle looked at the time I actually picked it up from the dealership. The "make ready" was less than acceptable.

Heck of a deal

After looking at other dealers, it was wortk the trip north to get a far better deal than in the metroplex. After price shopping I'm sure I saved thousands of dollars.

Dodge Ram 1500

I got their, couldn’t find anyways finally found someone in service department they were rude. Watch them drive my truck to a bay drove it like they were running from the cops. Finally truck was completed after 4 hours. Paid, for into my truck to find grease all over my steering wheel seat covers! I will never go back to them for anything.

This is 100% not the norm for my team Colten. I am not sure what happened, but will find out. I'm not making excuses, but we are currently running at 1/2 staff daily to minimize the risk of covid.....of course, it's putting my team at a disadvantage because everyone is pulling double duty. Used car purchase experience

This was a very easy purchase in my opinion from start to finish. The sales guy frank was very thorough in explaining and answering all my questions and did it with a smile. I was approved within minutes and signed papers and picked up the vehicle the next day. The car I purchased needed 2 front strut mounts and they fixed it without hesitation before the purchased so I was very pleased. I will return to purchase my another vehicle there in the future.

GPS software update

Had to make 2 trips because the first one the service person wouldn’t help me because he said it wasn’t the dealer responsibility to up date the software. When I showed him the E mail from Chrysler he finally complied. Seems as though he didn’t want to check for updates.

I'm surprised and disappointed that you thought we deserved a 1 star in this situation, although I do agree it could have been handled better. The original advisor you talked to had never experience the EXACT issue before and wasn't familiar with the process...normally an update is NOT covered in most cases. Your case was different, because is was a "fix" to a GPS problem. But, the second advisor you talked to, Eric, thought that yalls exchange went quite well and was surprised about the 1 star.
