The BEST and Easiest Car Buying Experience EVER

I called this dealer directly from cars.com on a Ram 1500 out of Dallas, Texas and I could tell a difference from the beginning!! Conner Polk will not waste your time, he and his dad Trent will defiantly shoot you straight. You can by pass all the metroplex back and forth games and take 50 min drive to save hours in the car buying process. I will 100% be back!! If you're in the market for a new or used car go see Conner and tell him Jason Houston sent you!!

Perfect

Jason Rushing was a welcome relief from the previous 10 + car salespeople I visited over a two week period. Jason knew exactly what I was there for , to talk about cars not about my family , job ,pets or hobbies . Other sales people don't understand that I didn't go to a car dealership looking for Dr. Phil. There was a no nonsense approach to shopping at this place. The whole process went very smooth with no frustrations. I showed up at closing time and Jason stayed over to make sure I got to see the car I wanted and write up the paper work. To top things off the car was delivered to me all the way to Terrell , Texas . The next time I car shop I will check with Glenn Polk AutoPlex first even though they are a long ways from me . It was worth the drive.

6.0 and 6.4 oil service update..

"The Service Department took care of front crank shaft oil seal on 6.4 powerstroke free of charge, also made me aware of the belts needing to be replaced. Service Manager told me sense the belts were going to be coming off during the shaft seal replacement, that i would only have to pay for the cost of the belts and not the labor to replace them. With service and honesty like this, Customers keep coming back year after year. Thanks Glen Polk..Keep up the good work."

Followup Service 6.4 Powerstroke Crank Oil Seal

I have for the past three years gotten my ford F250 6.4 Powerstroke serviced at Glen Polk. The service advisor showed me the last oil change that i had a front crank shaft seal that was leaking, after checking the records of the service over the years there was an extra quart of oil that was being added at every service. The Service Manager called and told me that they would take care of the cost of the crank shaft seal installation, He also stated that after checking the oil seal they found the belts needed replacing. He stated that i would only pay for the cost of the belts not labor to replace them. I am very pleased with the service and honesty of the Service department, this is what keeps customers coming back year after year.

6.4 and 6.0 Diesel oil service

"I have had my 08 f250 6.4 serviced for the last 3 yrs. only at Glen Polk Ford Service dept. I recently took it in for a oil change and was told that the Crank Shaft seal was leaking and needed to be replaced. After the oil service i drove the truck home and it sat for three days, I checked the oil level on the third day and noticed that the level was way up above the MAX mark on the oil stick.I called Glen Polk and explained they put in too much oil, took it back and they checked the service ticket and told me they had put 16 quarts in the truck. I explained the truck only takes 15 quarts MAX with filter,not 16, they have been putting 16 quarts of oil in for the last 3 yrs. After talking to service advisor they had the 6.0 and 6.4 Powerstrokes set up in computer to take 16 quarts of oil not 15. TOO MUCH OIL CAUSES SEAL FAILURE!! You would think a ford dealer would know how much oil there trucks takes? Or if they don't know,They should have checked the oil level after changing oil?"

Great Dealership

We have purchased several cars at several different dealerships over the past 20 or so years. This has been one of the best, if not the best experience we have encountered. Joel, Chad, Trent and all of the people there were very nice and friendly. It really seemed like they were on your side and wanted you to be happy and comfortable with your purchase. We just went there to drive the Jeep we were looking at and a few hours later we were driving it home. Awesome people Awesome dealership.

Glenn Polk Autoplex

I drove all the way down from Tulsa, OK and the experience was awesome! We walked in the door and they had my new car ready to go, along with all of the paperwork. Everyone was extremely friendly and excited for me to enjoy my new Jeep Wrangler. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends looking to buy a car from great people.
