Glenn Polk Dodge

Purchased new Ram 2500 truck from this dealership. First contact was made through internet sales and had immediate follow-up. Sales manager even contacted me on X-MAS day on a follow- up call. Good Knowledgeable staff.

Exceptional service,support,and straight forward

I have purchased my last four vehicles from Milford at Glen Polk. A 2014 RAM Lone Star 1500 , 2015 Dodge Journey, 2017 Pacifica, and a 2016 RAM Lone Star 1500 4X4. With each purchase my salesmen Milford the Manager Chad, and Owner Trent went out of their way to help me get exactly the vehicle I wanted with all the accessories and options I ask for while working wonders to get it all at a reasonable price and get the payments within the range I told Milford when I walked in. I purchased the 2WD RAM 1500, and Dodge Journey originally after talking to Milford. Taking his advice I purchased both and kept them for a year while building my credit. Basically coming back after that year to upgrade to the brand new fully loaded 4X4 RAM 1500, and Pacifica. By following Milford's advice My wife and I were able to stay in new vehicle's and got to upgrade a year later for a much better deal and at payment I could easily afford. Milford is an old school no nonsense sales person that will listen to what you are looking for and what you can afford. He will show you a selection of vehicles that fit and tell you the benefits of each. Once you work together to make a selection Milford, Chad and Trent will do what it takes to get the vehicle you want at an acceptable price. Glen Polk and their staff have made each of my car buying experiences both effortless and fast. And I left each time with the vehicle I wanted and happy with the deal I got. Thanks again. AWESOME HONEST AND QUICK

My car went down shortly after the 4th of july took it to my local mechanic and he said its a dealership problem .So I took it to Glenn Polk these guys was awesome talked with Eric in service dept and he said might be a week in two days he calls with the problem and the amount to fix it and in a day and a half was driving it home.Will continue with these guys better service more honest and friendly than the dealership I bought the car from.

Happy with my new Taurus.

Salesman ship Michelle Peterson was excellent, delivery was fantastic also Staff were very knowledgable about FORD products sales and service.

the dream car

is was like a dream come true see that mustang caught my eyes when I step my foot in side the mustang was so true michelle Peterson was a nice women and a wonder ful women and know how to make a customer happy does not give up

Great Service!!!

When I walked into Glenn Polk Ford, I was in the market for a new Ford Truck, but wasn't exactly sure which model to select. That's when Chris McCarrell, Colt Weatherby, and Ford Yeager stepped in with their knowledgeable expertise and made my decision relatively easy. They had a relaxed sales approach, and I never felt pressured to pick a particular truck. They gave me a great deal, and I drove away with a truck that I love! Poor Customer Service

We were in the dealership to buy a truck. Everyone was very nice, we just feel like they need some TRAINING in Customer Service. The buying process took 6 hours, we were there from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm . We were not even offered so much as a glass of water! The workers all came in at 12 to eat lunch and we could have run to a fast food place, but there was NO communication. They kept saying it will only be a bit longer, which kept stretching to hour after hour. Glenn Polk staff- You could at the very LEAST give your customers a bottle of water, not have them walk in the rain to the finance office, and communicate better to your customers about the time. Hungry, thirsty customers are unhappy customers. We'll go someplace else next time.

Body frame mount Repairs

I have 2001 Ford Sport Trac bought new at Glenn Polk Dealer in Gainesville TX. I noticed that the body mounts to frame have just falling apart. I called the dealer and they said theres no recall or help from dealer.Theres no reason for this to happen except poor quality and workmanship.

Glenn Polk I have no complaints

I have no complaints!!! Convenient to the Highway Honest peop'le!!! Represents the Dodge product well. Easy to deal with - not pressure to buy. Small town hospitality. Awesome internet sales department Always ask for Ron Barbosa, Internet Sales Manager
