New truck

I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 4 door service was excellent Steve Satterfield went above and beyond helping!!Steve Satterfield done a fantastic job. the staff was excellent and the finance department was painless.

Return Displays to Owner's preference

Service was good and fast. Recommend that your service tech return the dashboard displays to what was displayed when vehicle was brought in. If they're making some entries into the auto's computer regarding the service , return the display to the owners preference. It bugs me to have to get the service manual to to see how to return to my preferred display. Leave it like YOU FOUND IT.

Great buying experience!

Purchased two Ram 3500 trucks. Rodney Blount was extremely helpful, trucks were ready for pickup when we arrived as was all documentation. Great buying experience all around.

Always Great....Aiken Ford!

I have been impressed with Aiken Ford forever; however, my 90 year old Mother was with me for the first time. She thought the staff who helped me knew me personally. I told her no, but they treat everyone like they do and it makes all the difference in the world! Then she sat down in thevery nice, very comfortable waiting room and read a fabulous devotional. She was extremely impressed! !

Great experience with a used van purchase!

Tyler was an excellent salesman. Not pushy or overbearing but also very personable. He was knowledgeable about the 2012 Grand Caravan R/T we bought and took the time to show us the operation of the van's features after the sale. We have purchased many new and used vehicles over the years and have never had anyone sit in the vehicle with us to actually show us how to operate the controls. Top notch!
