11/26/24: Avoid this place, IMO.

11/26/24: Avoid this place, IMO. I went in for an oil change and was told 5 ppl ahead of me and i said i would wait in lobby. 5 hours later and left with no oil change. no updating, no nothing.

Great Customer Care

I had a later appointment, but had a situation come up that I had to have my mother in St. Louis for a cancer appointment. They went out of their way to help me get my car serviced so I could make the trip. They went above and beyond and I really appreciated it.

very friendly and helpful service department

Very nice and helpful service department. Maintenance and repairs are high caliber. It takes the worry out of trying to find an auto mechanic you can trust.

Great service

They came to my job site to pick up my car for an oil change. When they brought my car back, they parked in same spot & even backed in!

Quality, quick service

Quick service. Very friendly. Quality work. We were traveling for Easter weekend and they got our vehicle in quickly and were very nice.

some good, some not so good

When we arrived our vehicle was immediately taken in for a recall. We were told there was a second recall, but our vehicle wasn't affected by it. Work was done promptly. Pleasant and helpful attitude of the employees in the service department. Comfortable customer waiting area. The only issue was they left a grease spot on the driver's seat of our brand new Bronco Sport. They tried to clean it, but couldn't. We had to come back two days later and have someone else from the detail department clean the seat, which they did.

Service department is great!

The service department has been great. Showroom staff not so much. I know the market has been affected by lack of inventory but staff could be appreciative of potential customers.

everyone was very helpful and polite outstanding service department this was the first oil change on my new truck and was in and out under an hour.
