They Let Me Make Up My Own Mind
There was no strong sales pitch; I was allowed time to think and make up my own mind without undue influence. Curtis answered all of my questions, quickly and clearly. My car was cleaned up and gassed up before delivery.

Awesome experience
We were in a strange situation 2000 miles from home where we had to trade in our vehicle and purchase a new one. Mike did an amazing job of finding a vehicle that would fit our needs, he was a pleasure to work with and I would consider coming 2000 miles back to work with him for our next vehicle purchase. The finance department was fantastic, we don't have the best credit and it was hard to find a lender that would get the payments close to where we need them. We finally decided we had to make the purchase no matter what so we accepted a higher payment than we wanted to do, but while paperwork was being worked on the finance department continued to call lenders and actually got us a rate a few points lower and saved us over $40 a month, and that was after we had said OK and they could've stopped looking.

Good Resolution for Poor Initial Problem Diagnosis
Although it took two attempts to resolve the problem I was having with two of my new tires, the problem was identified and resolved by replacing the damaged tires and completing a front end alignment with the new tires. I expected to pay for the alignment, but Phil Meador Ford did not charge for it. Pretty great service all things considered.
