Do not complete work in timely manner when you have an

Do not complete work in timely manner when you have an appt for service. Over 2 hrs waiting for routine service/oil change is ridiculous. Was told it would take 1 hr 15-20 min

Great experience!

Great experience! Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. Upbeat, friendly and professional atmosphere. The greeter was very nice, she walked up to us as soon as we walked in the door, asked how she could help us, offered to get us drinks and led us right to our salesman. Didn’t have to wait around at all! That seamless entrance into DCH immediately made me feel comfortable there and hopeful that it would be a good experience. Joe couldn’t have been more prepared! As soon as we sat he was excited to say he found an even better car for me that exceeded my criteria that I had previously told him I was looking for. Can’t say enough good things about Joe! He really listens to exactly what you want in a car and does so all while being super friendly and down to earth. He is Extraordinary at his job! I’m very thankful for all of his help to make buying my first car an awesome experience for me! Also Robert, Daryl, Avi and the girl who took my deposit were all friendly/talkative. I was intimidated to buy my first car but this dealership was great. Especially Joe, he exceeded my expectations in the car buying process!

The employees are very pleasant and attentive the problem

The employees are very pleasant and attentive the problem is they did not do the right job hooking up my trailer hitch and wiring the first time they give me a four prong instead of seven prong and never connected it so I did not have lights on the trailers then when I got repaired after being told I couldn’t have a seven prong on my car I was told that it could’ve been provided by another parts provider but they did not correct the problem they connected the four prong that was never connected originally and as pleasant as they were I still didn’t get what I originally Asked formerry Christmas
