DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota

This was my first service and they were expeditiously thorough! I really appreciate how quickly they were done. I am looking forward to continuing to do business with DCH! Now if only I could schedule an appointment sooner!

Friendly staff with timely updates mechanic provided video of areas that were inspected on my vehicle providing conditions and status. The video was texted to my phone very convenient record to retain for future review. All of the staff were professional courteous making the experience feel like I was home. Thanks

What can you say. When you have management, and staff that ACTUALLY believe in customer satisfaction, you get a company like DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. I’ve given them great reviews in the past, and I have no problem giving them a great review now. We all know the price of gas, tolls, and everything else, so me driving an hour to use DCH says it all. They hit a home run again. So in my opinion, the best Toyota dealer in the Hudson valley by far is DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota hands down. They will be who I choose for all my Toyota needs. Not only do they explain everything in detail, they listen to your concerns and make sure you are completely satisfied, from beginning to end. Me personally, the members I’ve dealt with didn’t make me feel like just another customer, they made me feel like a valued customer. Again I can go anywhere even closer to my home, but I chose to go to DCH. Fantastic Job.

I loved the people there, they had such great attitudes and energy, i felt very comfortable while waiting. I appreciate a good atmosphere when i see/feel one. can’t wait for any future visits!

Had to wait 1 1/2 hours past my appointment time. To complete paperwork with Finance Meeting was confirmed prior to my arrival. I didn’t not need financing. interaction was one of disinterest when it came time.

Everyone at the dealership were very helpful and professional. Chris was great and took the time to show me several trucks without being pushy.
