inspection

the service writer was friendly and efficient. she also suggested i do a 10,000 mile service as i had the vehicle for a year even though the mileage was lower. that was a good idea

worst experience ever DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE

now on my 4th engine...they are so full of lies and deceit and are a horrible representation of any dealer I have ever bought a vehicle from! They do not follow Toyota service protocol and have treated me horribly due to service issues they have created and neglected to repair properly. Do not believe they have done a thorough multi point inspection either go somewhere else where you matter!!!

Friendly helpful staff but no way to lower price for a repeat customer????? Would have had complete service done but the labor costs are too high

very bad.........

Did not like the the service your sales rep told me to do my oil change somewhere else.Telling me i need to do work on my car, That came out to $6000.I can buy a new car with that monye.He didn't like that i said noooo.I would never go back u lost a customer... Robert Rivera

I received excellent no pressure service. I worked with Romaine Newby in sales, he demonstrated excellent listening skills and patience with me and my hubby. He was friendly and professional and presented me with the perfect car for me. He sat with me to explain the features and provided overall excellent service. Financial services provided by Naeem Randall. He was friendly, professional and explained loan and warranty dersils in a easy to understand manner. Unlike with previous experiences, I felt like he actually cared about my experience and wanted to educate me. Overall experience was excellent. Mary Berenguer was the first person I had contact with via the Internet dept. She set the tone that made me want to actually go into the dealer. She provided me the info I needed, listened to my desire to not be bombarded with contact. That would have turned me off and I would have never step foot in the dealership.
