Purchasing my Prius from Anthony was great experience. I was set on getting a new Prius after driving a used one for a few years but Anthony was still very thorough with the sale. After test driving one Prius I explained there were a few features I did not prefer so he brought another Prius model over for comparison. Since I requested a moonroof if possible he saw that one was available and brought that over for me to see. I never felt any pressure to make a decision. Anthony was very helpful in explaining the features and benefits of the new Prius. My first Prius was also purchased from DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and I highly recommend the dealership.

I called the dealer about my bad service appt. I was told they would call me back. Now they want me to contact them. Not going to happen!

I came to DCH because Mary found the car I was looking for, other dealerships were not as willing to look for a car from another location. From the moment I walked into the dealership and Karen greeted me, introduced me to Mary and then Anthony who was my sales person I was treated like a valued customer and guest. The other staff members were courteous and friendly, the layout is comfortable and when my husband and I came to pick up the car we were treated as old friends. Terry in the business office is easy to deal with, no pressure.

Anthony was great, I came in to look at a used car I had seen online and trade in mine old car. He answered all my questions and was great throughout the process. Got me in, gave me a fair deal on the purchase and also on my trade in. He responded to every question quickly, never playing any games. I would definitely purchase a car from him and DCH again!

I came in to service my wife's car and while waiting decided to check the availability of used Tacoma's. My 2004 Tacoma had 254,000 miles.... Anthony showed me some trucks just brought in and then we finished with one that was just readied for sale. Test drove it, brought my old truck in for appraisal and had the deal sealed by late afternoon. Drove my "new" truck home on the same day.

My experience of buying a car was wonderful. My salesman Anthony was very helpful, informative and patient. He did not try to push me into buying a car. He answered all the questions I asked gladly and stood with me every step of the way. This is a true professional and I will be back to buy more cars specifically because of the way I felt once I purchased the vehicle. Anthony is a true sport and makes you feel like family as soon as you walk in. Just when I didn't think it could get any better, Anthony introduced me to Nick, the finance manager and he was extremely helpful as well. He explained every word on every page I was signing and helped with getting a great warranty for a price I was happy with. These guys are real professionals and Anthony and Nick are a power team. Together they can make any customer happy and maintain repeat business. Excellent experience at Toyota.

I traded in my old Prius to a new RAV4 and my husband leased a new RAV4 at the same day. We are very happy with our purchase and this dealership. Anthony went above and beyond showing us the cars and the new car features. He was super helpful and knowledgeable.
