My vehiche has an emergency issue i Indianapolis and it was Brandon who told me the part was under warranty not Capitol City Ford. Brandon took the time to take my call, review the history and the warranty expiration date!!! Thank you Brandon.

All personell were friendly and courteous, especially Terry McCarty, Lonnie Pendleton, and Rick Johnson. They were especially accomodating. Another salesman and the receptionist also talked with us while we were waiting. Many of our friends said we got a GREAT deal on a used 2019 Equinox with only 15,000 miles. We beleive so, too. I highly recommend DUTCH'S CHEVROLET, Mt. Sterling, Ky. Mr. McCarty was our first contace, advising what vehicles he had on site and what would arrive soon. Loved my experince. Kelly Harrison was an awesone salesman . Loved the customer service. They didnt push you like most car lots do or follow you around. . When I brought my previous car I was at Cartown Kia for 7 hours I went to Dutch's on a lunch break looked at The SUV , drive it and done an application all within 45 mins. Came back next day closed deal and may have been there an hr. That's awesome. I would highly recommend Dutch's Chevrolet
