Dutch's Ford

Bo Queen took my custom order for a Ford 2026 F250 Lariat 4x4 Crew Cab in the fall of 2025.I picked up the truck in Dec. 2025 and it had carpet as well as fixed running boards. I expressly ordered w/ carpet delete as well as paid extra for the Black Appearance Pkg, Premium Pkg. and the Ultimate package all of which I have documentation of. One of their Brandon's placed the order and apparently missed both of these options. After I picked up the truck, I asked what they were going to do about this and last I heard from Bo was "we'll get ya some Weather-Tech floor mats" which is not a fix for a truck ordered w/o carpet. Nor did they even come thru w/ that poor excuse of a fix. I contacted Bo Queen one last time and he advised he would get w/ Brandon and see what we could do about these issues. Never heard from them again. I contacted them multiple times. These people SUCK after the sale but will powder your xxx before the sale. BEWARE!!! Perfectly happy w/ the build quality of the truck. Not an issue w/ Ford but Dutch's Ford won't be a dealer I'll be visiting again and believe me, I share my opinion and getting taken advantage of over an $84,015 purchase is utterly insane not to mention an extremely poor business practice.

I have known complaints. My service was prompt fair and quick. My salesman did a wonderful job.

This dealer is located in the town where I have lived for 54 years. And I always like to do business locally when I can. I worked with salesperson John Greer. John spent several hours with me showing several cars that I may be interested in. John was not high pressure and was very easy to talk to. It was easy for me to make a decision about which car I would buy.

Staff, salesmen and owner are all super friendly and helpful. Loved my experience with this purchase. The owner even held my 16 month old son while I was signing documents. Carried him around and sat in showroom vehicles with him.
