Fast, friendly, reliable service, was given a near immediate appointment, service was performed while I waited, there was some confusion about the warranty coverage that was taken care of very quick and professional by the lady at the service counter. A very pleasant yet professional experience!

This is by far one of the best Ford dealerships that I have gone too. We had a mechanic named Matt and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, kept me and my family informed throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond what was required. He got the work done in a timely manner and, overall, I was extremely impressed.

I found the staff courteous, and efficient in providing great service.

Love our salesman, Randall Chambers. He went above and beyond. We really appreciated that. It just takes to long to buy a car. We were there for several hours, and we paid cash. I don't understand why the process takes so long. With that being said, I would still go back and buy another car.

My recent visit to Dutchs Ford was my very first visit to their service department,I was greeted pleasantly, they listened to my concerns, made suggestions,,Then followed up with recommendations. My overall experience was pleasant and would visit them again for future service needs.

Oil and filter change. Tire rotation. They checked brakes, belts, battery, cooling system, fluid levels and air filter. They kept car clean and did work in good time.

The service staff is friendly and willing to listen to and answer my questions or concerns about my vehicles. We have owned several that were bought at this dealership and have been pleased with service in both sales and service.
