GREAT FRIENDLY SERVICE!

Every time I drive up, someone Always met before walking in greets me, ask how they can ask, do for me. Very Professional, Polite, Well Groomed. I wait not long they have my Truck fully serviced and come tell me when finished. The SERVICE DEPT. is REALLY GREAT! 2012 F250 Diesel Always Clean, Coffee made etc..

Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This dealership has the worst service department I have ever seen. I had an engine changed out in my 2008 F250 and since the new engine was installed my ac would never stay charged, after half a dozen tries they finally said it was my computer that was the problem, the installed a new computer, cost me 1400 for new computer and 100 to keep my old one. I keep my old one because i new there was nothing wrong with it, well at least when i left it in there hands there wasn't anything wrong with it. I got the truck home and the ac still would stay charge. 1400 dollars still no ac. I went to autozone and bought an ac charge unit and everything charged up find and ac worked for about 10 days. So i asked them to just install my old computer, refund my money and i'd just fix the leak my self. Well now they only want to give me half my money back. The reason for that is, I can't prove they messed up the computer, but I have never seen any documentation stating failed diagnosis on my old computer. I DON"T RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING..........The sad thing is I have purchased over 5 vehicles from them in the last 8 years. So much for being a loyal customer!

Pleasant Experience At Hixson Autoplex, Leesville

I visited Hixson Autoplex March 3 while shopping for a particular used vehicle. I had found the car on Cars.Com. Ashley Vincent was the sales person I dealt with. And although I did not purchase the car, I would not hesitate to return to this dealership and seek out Ms Vincent's assistance. In fact, I have recommneded this dealership to several friends.

Spectacular Service

The service I received from Hixson Ford in Leesville was spectacular. The sales staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The general manager was very friendly and makes sure his customers are pleased. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
