showroom was shiney and smelled like new cars!

I worked with Emanuel and he was personable and I felt as a woman I wasn't being taken advantage of. I believe I got the car i wanted at the price i intended to pay. I am HAPPY

Very good service and a very clean faculty

Always get us in, work on the vehicles on time and always friendly, we also like the service that you provide with dropping us off at the mall across the street while your vehicle is being worked on

Great Service Department, Sales still upset

Your Service Department has been very good from day one. That's the issue we have had to have to much interaction with the service department on a brand new car. But several trips have been for preventative maintenance which I do everything and go over board on the oil changes the first year and then do more than what is recommended after that. Example I change oil, filter, and get the parts that need to be lubricated every three thousand miles even though they say I can go longer with today's vehicles. I have and always will do this to make sure the engine is properly lubricated in the harsh conditions an engine must hold up to. I also take care of the transmission in the same manner.

Recall work on 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander

The staff was vary friendly and seemed happy to do the work, it was done vary quickly and the facility was not the greasy garage of old and the waiting area was really nice. I was impressed.
