Granny in a Encore

One thing is that you were open on Sunday. Had plenty of sales personal around and answer all of my questions I had. Also you had a good supply of Buick Encore.

On The Edge

My husbands parents bought a new Edge that wasn't exactly what they wanted, so the good folks at Kerry Ford worked with us until all of mom and dad's expectations were met. Many Thanks to everyone that was involved!! From sales and management, to the finance department: we were treated with care and respect. We will be back for future purchases. We will refer family and friends as well.

Valugard

We were told the valugard protection had a lifetime warranty for our truck. But after we paid they told us our truck was over 5 years old so it wasn't covered.We got the run around and no help or refund. We were not happy with the customer service we received.

Great service

The service department got us in and out as fast as they could. We had been traveling to Michigan from Florida when the problem developed. They brought us to, and picked us up at the motel we were staying at. Thank you.

They Exceed Expectations across the Sales process

I have purchased many new cars over the years across both Domestic and imported brands and in a broad range of prices. Most of my car purchasing experiences have been positive. Beyond just the car itself I value the Dealership and especially the Sales Staff and management. I am a loyal Dealer and Sales person kind of buyer and have most recently purchased Ford products. From the same people for years. Being a loyal shopper I assumed I would buy from My Regular Ford dealership and Sales Person. I had a offer in hand and simply stopped at Kerry because their website showed they had a color combination in stock that I wanted. I had no intention of buying from Kerry. From the Sales Manger (Joel Cooperstein) to the man who made sure I understood everything about the car (Kyle Bonapfel) all the way through the finance person and the Dealership manager simply "Blew me Away". They Exceeded any and all expectations I ever had purchasing a car. They made sure I had a offer I could not refuse and I took home a new car that same afternoon. I went to look at a color and went home with a car, a deal, and experience that simply Blew Me Away. I now have a new Dealership and Sales staff that I call "My Ford Guys".

Great service

Although I was unable to make an appt., they fit me right in the middle of the day. Since I had had my car serviced there before, it was a very easy check-in as all the information was already on the computer. Very friendly staff.
