I bought my 2025 Bronco from this dealership earlier this year. When I was asked if I wanted an extended warranty I told them I wanted the Ford warranty premium plan. My son who lives in another state and works for Ford also spoke to them and told them which warranty I wanted. I found out this week when there was an issue with my car that they sold me an aftermarket warranty not the one I requested. My fiancé and my son were both witnesses to my request. When I spoke to the finance manager he told me they hadn’t sold the Ford warranty in a long time…so they lied to me when I bought my car. I’ll never recommend this dealer to anyone ….ever! I’m waiting for them to make this right and get the warranty I originally requested…Ford Corporate has requested this on my behalf….we’ll see if the do the right thing!!

We worked with Josh this week in purchasing a new 24' Ford Escape WOW ! What an amazing person , professional and made it so easy with no pressure. I am definitely going to refer my family and friends to Josh for their next vehicle. Josh is a class act and deserves recognition for his service he provided for us today . We are loving our Escape !!!

Please tell me how their sales rep offers a price only to have the manager tell you it was a "what if" price. Why offer it if that's not an option? This place is a joke!

I am a lifetime Ford customer who has lived all over the country. This is the absolute worst ford dealership I have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. They screwed up my financing deal, didn't link a purchased warranty to my vehicle, and the service dept is the most unprofessional staff I have come across at any dealership. The service manager Steve Rucker is a weird insecure little man who comes out of his tiny office trembling with anger and refuses to have any sort of logical or cordial conversation. He has no business being in a management role. Do yourself a huge favor and never purchase a vehicle or have your vehicle serviced at this location.
