Great experience

2016 Focus Titanium Hatchback. Great service from the moment I walked in the door. Super friendly greeters. In and out of finance quickly. .great technology team.

The only repair facility I will use.

My warranty repair was completed in the amount of time promised, which allowed me to wait on the repair. As always, excellent work and friendly service from my advisor Chris.

Long Lewis Ford: repairs and purchase experience

The work done was a very high quality. At the beginning the communication was sporadic: we were getting insurance work done and then paid for additional work on other damage. It took nearly a full month. I am very satisfied both with the work done and with the suggestion that we NOT repaint the entire car, but instead paint only the new bumper and buff out the rest. It looks great.
