Great Customer Service
My service support guy, Tim at Long Lewis Ford in Hoover. Al was very helpful. He kept me informed on the status of my car while it was in the shop. Tim went far and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle to drive for the days my car was in the shop. He truly exemplified what good customer service really is. I believe the other support guys could learn from his professionalism and caring behavior. I will definitely ask for Tim if I have any other issues. THANK YOU TIM!!!!!!!

Great Slaesman
Sales people very friendly. This is the fifth vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Long Lewis in the last 12 years. The vehicle prep could have been a lot neater but other than that everything was fine.

I love doing business with Long Lewis! last visit was for an oil change and as always the folks at the desk were professional and pleasant. work was completely in a timely manner. came to b'ham in '09 with my '09 escape which was serviced regularly in the quick lane. I purchased a '15 escape from her and the staff from both sales and service are delightful. would recommend this dealership to anyone needing a car or service on their existing ford.
