I love the staff at this location. Unfortunately I have gotten to know them more than I planned. My Ford product has not lived up to my expectation. I have had several manufacturers issues that have cost me or my warranty co. Very disapppinted with American made.

2015 Explorer Carbon Monoxide Leak
As always, you guys are the best. My wife brought our 2015 Explorer in for the carbon monoxide leak repair. The service department asked if she could bring it in late Thursday afternoon as they were less busy than. She did and the repair took a very short time. Thanks for taking care of my wife and car. As I have said before, we will go nowhere else but Mike Richenbach.

Excellent service

Stage 2 FRPP install
Had my FRPP stage 2 installed. Only took about 2.5 hours to complete. Install was very neatly done. Everything works perfectly.

I bought the 2010 MOUTAINEER SUV new. I have not had previous problems with approx. 58,000 miles. I took the car in for oil and filter change (it has always been done here). When picked up, I was informed that my rear brakes needed turning down. That seems early at that mileage, but if it needed it, I wanted new discs for all four. Two weeks later I took it in for the work to be done. When picked up, I was informed that my front ball bearings needed replacing. At 58,000 miles? I am 86years old and have owned a few cars, mostly FORDs, but I do not remember having this happening at this mileage before. I guess even FORD can make defects.
