Service

Had to make 3 trips just to get the oil changed, then it took over 3 hours. No one explained why I had to pay I thought as long as I carried my car back to the dealership that sold it to me it was free.

My wife and I were looking for a car to replace her 2012 MKS that was totaled in an accident. She fell in love with the 2018 MKZ at first look. 12,000 mile service 2017 F-250

Not a "BIG" deal but I thought it was strange to ask me to drive around to the "Truck" service center rather than drop it off at the normal service center where it is sheltered and convenient. Glad it wasn't raining and I didn't have to wait for it. I would have had to walk around 200 yards to get back around to the waiting area. Just weird, not a deal breaker. Not the customer service that I expected. Spoiled right?
