I was recently in a major car accident and my Volvo

I was recently in a major car accident and my Volvo was totaled. I was pleased with my previous sales experience at Parkway Volvo, so I decided to buy another. This is my third Volvo. Connor Payne was my salesman. He met with me to discuss what I wanted and after determining all options, he informed me that he didn’t have one in stock but could order one or search other dealerships. I decided to order one. He then had me experience the exact car in a different color on the showroom floor showing me the details of the 2024 XC40 and new and changed things from my old car. While waiting for delivery, Matt Thurston, Parkway’s Sales Manager, called to inform me that Port Baltimore was blocked due to a container ship that collapsed the Francis Scott Key bridge and blocked the entrance to the port. This was critical to me because I was driving a rental car provided by my insurance company, the duration of which was only 30 days. Matt assured me that when the insurance company was no longer paying for the rental, he would lend me a “loaner” car. He continued to track the delivery of my car, and several days later, he informed me that the ship had been diverted to Port Newark. He then provided me with a revised delivery date, and to my surprise, my car arrived two days sooner than estimated. That is really impressive. The final step was financing. Tanner West, Parkway’s Finance Manager, was most helpful. I find it sometimes confusing when additional packages are added, or line items that occurred under one category are shifted into another. Matt showed extreme patience explaining everything in detail to assure me that I completely understood every aspect of his presentation. Once understood, I happily signed. When I picked up my car, Conner reviewed the details and controls once again. I thought I understood everything but several days later, I needed help, as there are so many options available with the electronic controls. I called Conner to ask a few questions, and again, to my surprise, he met me at my house to explain and guide me, step-by-step, through the menu. Service like that is really going the extra mile. Surprised? Maybe, I should say extremely pleased.

It was a very positive experience shopping for our new

It was a very positive experience shopping for our new car. We have had a 2012 Sonata and it’s still going strong and getting great gas mileage! That’s why our first stop was to Parkway Hyundai to pick out a new SUV. We got a fantastic deal on a 2023 Santa Fe with less than 8,000 miles on it! The 10 years, 100,000 mile’s warranty is the best in the industry! We highly recommend Parkway Hyundai!

Thanks to Jimmy Todd I had a good experience finding a car. He was very friendly and informative. Jimmy did an excellent job. Also Mark Baggett did an excellent job and was informative and helpful in finalizing my purchase.

Parkway really came thru for me on my recent vehicle

Parkway really came thru for me on my recent vehicle purchase. From sales to service to the finance department, they couldn't have been more accommodating in helping me find the right car. If you're in the market and Parkway is on your radar, I'd recommend asking for Phillip Tew. Phillip's been in the business for years, and his knowledge and willingness to give straight answers to my questions had a LOT to do with my decision to buy. Again...couldn't recommend Phillip and the team at Parkway enough.
