Our experience at Parkway Volvo could be defined as one of excellence. We bought a XC-60 Friday, on our first trip to this dealership. We planned on visiting 5 dealerships, but after going to one other we just returned to Parkway, a result of the feeling we got there and the product. The salesman, Matt Genen, is worthy of a five star rating to be sure. There was no pressure. My wife and I were very comfortable working with him. He is certainly knowledgeable. He is polite and respectful. Mitchell made sure the paper work went as smooth as silk. He, obviously, knows what he is doing and was also pleasant, polite and respectful. My brief experience with the service department has reinforced in our mind that buying a vehicle from Parkway was a good decision. Thanks to all.

They sold me a 2022 Palisade Calligraphy at MSRP and I could pay in cash! On top of that, I was able to do most of the transaction from home. The finance manager was not pushy and I bought the extended warranty because I wanted them to get a kick back for being the best dealer experience I have had to date! They had the car parked out front, washed, and fueled. They had the keys ready on the desk! They even called my insurance to insure that I had the car covered before I left. I will buy from them again regardless of the drive! If you are going buy a Hyundai, broaden your search to include this dealer! Tell Mary, the owner, and Zach, our salesman, that I sent you!

My first experience was through Kevin who works the internet, I met Ian Kee the salesman, this young man, and was impressed with his knowledge of the limited Tucson and let me tell you he was extremely knowledgeable and more importantly very courteous. In two days taking home my new limitedTucson. I have been leasing Hyundai Sonata’s for the past 15 years with various Dealers and this was by far my best experience with Parkway’s dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
