Batery terminals
I’ve been coming for a while now for repairs and I understand the prices are more expensive than if you go to the mechanic on your own. But all my truck need was terminal heads and a new battery. Terminal heads $20, new battery $130 and the total price was $515. Total rip off this time. Very disappointed.

Engine diag and service
Was visiting family in El Paso and brought car in on a Friday morning for a service engine soon and high engine temp warning that came on the night before. Service advisor was very pleasant and understanding and expedited the diagnosis and repairs as I needed to head back home early Sunday. Tests were run however no actual problem could be found so the codes were cleared and the car returned the same day. I also had an oil change and inspection complete while there. Charges were very reasonable, experienced no issues on the return trip and to date, the problem has not repeated itself. Thank you Viva Ford for getting me and my family back on the road, phenomenal job!

Viva Ford Service Department Review
I went to Viva Ford on 6/09/18 for The Works Maintenance Service on my 2017 Ford F150. I had booked an 8:30 AM appointment on my Ford Pass App.Sergio Arredondo was my advisor he was professional and courteous. The Service Department was super busy and he said there would be a wait even though I had an appointment. He got me a loaner vehicle to use so I could make another appointment that I had that day. Sergio is awesome and so is Viva Ford in El Paso. I live in Las Cruces, New Mexico but I will definitely make the drive to El Paso for any of my service needs and my next Ford vehicle purchase.
