Viva Ford

Fine and only time will tell us the results. Things seem just fine now

I was having my wife's Lincoln serviced. I had the oil changed and asked them to check why it was sputtering. I found out it needs an intake manifold, a radiator, thermostat, and recommended tune up which I understand. However, it was $1,900.00 which I do not have. I took it there because I knew it was serious, but the price just is too high. I wish there was a way to have a credit with Ford.

Service writer ? KIRBY? was outstanding, Kept me informed on status of repairs. Will service my F-150 again with Viva Ford.

Mr Kerby explained what was going to be done on my car. The waiting time to be taken home was done in a timely manner.

I had my oil changed, tires rotated and they had to fix my radio. The service was outstanding! Very professional, courteous and helpful. I have told my friends about the service because it is very refreshing to receive service this great! The person that helped me out was Kirby Hernandez.

Car running a lot smother. Hopefully the car won't be using so much gas since I don't drive the car very much.

This dealership has not provided plates/registration in a timely manner. Customer service representatives, sales manager, and sales representatives were completely unprofessional and did not offer help in any way. Would definetely not recommend this dealership to anyone.
