First time buyers, the process of buying a car was very

First time buyers, the process of buying a car was very stressful. But Jonathan Cielo was an amazing guy, he was very helpful to me and my husband. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He genuinely helped in everything he could to get our car. I would definitely recommend Jonathan to all the people I know. The only recommendation I could give to the whole company is to let new customers, or new buyers know what documents are needed, to finance a car, and that they need insurance in order to take a car that same day. Other than that, my husband and I are thankful for Jonathan cielo. he?s an amazing guy !

Jonathan cielo was an amazing sales person.

Jonathan cielo was an amazing sales person. He was patient, kind and answered all our questions and concerns. This is the first time we buy a car and it was a little stressful at the beginning but he always was helpful and tried his hardest to give us the best service and the best deal.

So I walked in and was greeted by my sales person

So I walked in and was greeted by my sales person Johnathan and he did a great job explaining the buying process and helped me get the best deal. I traded in my car and they even paid me over the amount I owed which made a huge difference from other dealers who try and lowball your cars. The sales manager Moodi is amazing and really made closing the deal smooth and he was also very personable and genuine which made me feel confident in my purchase. I would rate this as my best experience at a dealer ever and I buy cars pretty often! I don?t even drive Hyundai but I was tempted after seeing their great inventory. The finance manager was also super kind and helped me get an awesome interest rate as well. The parts manager also took care of me and was patient enough to help work with my schedule. I talked to another salesman named Eduardo and he was very welcoming. Everybody there has good vibes and takes care of their customers. Well Done everybody, you?ll see me there again someday!

Jonathon Ceila, our salesman was excellent!

Jonathon Ceila, our salesman was excellent! He was very courteous and worked hard to accommodate our tight schedule. He was the highlight of our car buying experience of this dealership. Unfortunately, the forced sale of a LoJack system on the car leaves me disappointed with the transaction. This is a feature that I do not want, and it seems that it was included in a less than forthright manner: After deciding upon a sale price, this feature was added onto the bill of sale. This should have been included in the price of the car, but instead seems to have been attached in hopes that an unsuspecting customer would not notice it and pay $1,000 over the agreed upon price. This practice seems deceptive to me, and therefore, I would not recommend this dealership to a friend.
