10 visits to correct minor issues.
10 visits to correct minor issues. Problems remembering to order parts for months, order the wrong parts, not installing parts that the vehicle was there for, damaging vehicle during a “wash” which must have been done with a shop broom and then breaking a windshield when correcting the damage. When questioned about damage, the service manager blamed me (always photo or video your vehicle before visits, which I did) then his tech and then walked away saying he would not help and continued to complain about the situation loud enough to be understood across their garage area to his shop staff which is unbelievably unprofessional. Problems didn’t get solved until the GM was involved. Only bright side was the service advisor Sara who was very helpful and apologetic on my many, many return visits. Avoid for service at all costs. Parts took months to get, appointments are at least a week out at any time. All told it took 7 months to resolve minor cosmetic issues, an oil leak and a transmission needing a reset. This experience has ruined my Genesis for me. This dealership has a LONG way to go if they are going to sell and service luxury vehicles. I will be finding another dealership for my service and/or warranty needs and will not be visiting them when it comes time to buy my wife a new car.

The Genesis Northampton online and in-person team were
The Genesis Northampton online and in-person team were exceptionally responsive to all my inquiries. My salesperson, Melissa, was helpful and patient. The only reason I've giving a four star rather than five star rating is because, given that Genesis is a luxury brand, there should be separate Genesis dealerships rather than co-locating Genesis at a Hyundai dealership. I understanding this change is in progress.

From a friendly welcome to reviewing work done, everyone was very courteous & professional. My service specialist Jeremy, seemed very knowledgeable and empathetic, walking me through what had been done and what was needed to complete the repairs. I was promised a return call, if it doesn’t happen I will update review.
