Very skilled sales person. He recognized my intelligence and never insulted it. I thought the offer he gave me was reasonably fair. I made a counter and he came back asking for 1K more. I assented to that.

The dealership was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The people were professional and pleasant to deal with, and all went off without a hitch. All the same, there was evidence that this was a new location that was working hard to get off the ground, but operations were not as polished as they could have been. Still, there was nothing that would discourage me from recommending Genesis of Northwest San Antonio to my dearest friends and family as I'm sure that in short order any minor rough spots will become polished.
