This rating is for Bee Ridge dealer Very poor car loaner service and shops were dirty. Car was not washed when I picked it up. Service manager never called me back about loaner car

Told when I arrived that it was at least a one hour or

Told when I arrived that it was at least a one hour or more wait. Why did you not call me? “We are too busy”. I called my patients when I was running behind why not Huyndia. Plenty of people standing around up front. One women waited 1:30 before her car was taking back. I was Told when I called that valet And loaners booked 5-6 week out. I left home At 1:00 and got home at 5:30. For a oil change and tire rotation. I Did meet 1/2 Dozen people like me who were mad about the Serivice. I did Learned a lot about England and cats from the people waiting. Next time I will wait 6 weeks For valet. A young salesman name Bob? Was very helpful in explaining questions I Had about the car and I Had a lots of time for Questions. Thankfully I brought two books with me to read. Your Television never did work in the reception room You need to cross train your employee so that when one section Is overloaded that others can come in and help. Also your internet is the worst I have ever seen. A speed check was 2. Compared to what I have at home which is 500.
