Genesis of St. Charles

Genesis exceeded our expectations! From the moment I inquired online to the follow-up check in after we bought the car, we were overall very impressed in the quick responses. Mike (our sales guy found us the just right car and made the deal with our trade in happen), Sasha (our tech gal made it fun to learn about the endless tech tools on our car and personalized it to our needs), and Chris (finance guy who made the process feel fast yet understandable) were each great help!

I've always wanted a GV80 and finally got one! I contacted Milan via email and we started texting on the one I wanted. He made the process very easy and never pressured me into something. He was very helpful! When I came in to purchase the car, the process took less than a hour between finance and driving off the lot! After noticing a few things needed fixed, the dealership ordered the parts right away to take care of it! The dealership is very modern and luxurious feeling. The service department was very helpful and accommodating!

I had my new car serviced for the first time. Both Brad and Josh communicated with me about my appointment. They addressed all of my requests promptly and professionally. When I picked up my car, I was greeted and taken to my car to review the work that was done. They have the cleanest service area I have ever seen. They really care about what they do and are very knowledgeable. I will continue to take my car here for all of its needs.

Andreas Kasa was great to work with during our purchase of a new GV70. Provided lots of information about the vehicle and gave us sufficient time to consider our purchase without pressure.

We bought a new 2025 GV80, it’s the most comfortable & quietest vehicle I’ve ever ridden in. This dealership was great. We dealt with salesman Milan Venezia. He was very professional and honest. He never pressured us at all, only helped us, he was fantastic to work with! Everything went great on the purchase and trade. The dealership is clean and very appealing. Our interdiction of how everything works on the vehicle was done by Nathan. He is very respectful and helpful. I would highly encourage anyone in the market for a vehicle to go here. I knew when we walked in that we were in the right place to buy a car. We walked in to an immaculate building and were greeted kindly. Our salesman Steve Williams guided us from start to finish without being pushy. It was such a wonderful experience buying a car, who would have thought that possible. I found a G90 that I was interested in at this dealership. I live in KC, so had multiple conversations with the sales representative, and had them look over the car for me to make sure there were no exterior defects (other than the curbed rims which I was aware of). We negotiated a deal over the phone and I drove 4 hours from Kansas City to purchase the vehicle. Upon inspecting the vehicle in person, I found damage to the body and chrome trim that wasn't disclosed to me by the sales rep. All I got was a shrug and a "sorry", and they didn't work with me at all to save the car deal, either through a discount or by fixing the damage. If I could give zero stars I would. They do not care about you or your time.
