Clean and modern

I was never given an explanation as to why the pully's on my truck needed replacing. I don't think it is a common problem. Was it some kind of defect?

Fantastic visit

Al was very helpful and personable. I enjoyed working with him because he let me know every little detail. I just needed an oil change and he looked and found a few more things that should have been done at that point. Thank you so much for keeping me safe!!!

Great service

went in to have my truck serviced and found out it had a recall on the 4WD that was also taken care of while I was there. great service and friendly people.

Friendly and professional. Top Notch!

This was my first trip to Ben Mynatt for repairs on my Chevrolet Impala. You diagnosed and fixed my car in just a couple of hours. It was less than the original estimate so that made me very happy. I enjoyed your waiting lounge! But most of all, every person there was very friendly. Thanks for treating me and my car well.

Great experience

Bill Howsare went above and beyond. He worked with me on pricing and was courteous through the whole process. Bill even went above and beyond to help me when I left my tools in the loaner truck provided to me while my truck was being detailed. He went to the dealership on his day off, picked up my tools, and brought them to me at work. Thanks Bill! I really appreciated that!
