GREAT SERVICE, FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES

EMPLOYEES WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. CAR WAS READY IN LESS TIME THAN EXPECTED. LOANER CAR WAS PROVIDED WITH NO PROBLEM.

Awesome customer service

Everything always seems to work-out in the long run. If there is ever a problem with the service they will take care of it in the long run and even if I leave their lot not 100% satisfied, I know it's not intentional and just a miscommunication and everything always turns out for the better and i appreciate everything they do and thank AL in the service department for putting up with me :-) Thank you ! -Matthew

Great warranty service experience

Brought my wife's Equinox in for its second warranty service. We had an appointment; it was acknowledged by Drew and service was quickly provided.....we were in and out in about an hour, Customer waiting area was clean and comfortable

great service, curtious, very informative.

I walked in early morning with no appointment. Needed a 12,000 mile warranty oil change. treated very nice and was immediately taken care of. Thank You, Jeff Lawler

love the new showroom and employees

We went to the dealership just to see what options we had, were wanting to have a car with a back-up camera. We were not planning to buy a car for sure. The salesman and office staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Great experience! Definately recommend

This was one of the easiest trades we've ever done. Staff was very friendly. Buying a new vehicle is not a decision we make without a lot of thought, so we appreciated the fact that they didn't pressure us into making a decision before we were ready.
