Dealing with Jay and Javi made it worth driving 3 hours

Dealing with Jay and Javi made it worth driving 3 hours to get to their dealership. Jay was honest and upfront the whole time and responded to my questions quickly. Javi was patient and explained all my questions on the paperwork and was not pushy in the finance office. This was the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had.

This dealership was wonderful!

This dealership was wonderful! I was on a road trip and had some problems with my truck. They got her in and fixed and I was back on the road again. Everyone was super nice and it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them.

I am happy with the fact that they were able to fix my

I am happy with the fact that they were able to fix my Jeep even though it took almost a month between getting the parts in and installing. I was given a courtesy car to drive during this time. Upon receiving my Jeep back after this long period of time I received it smelling of oily, dirty mechanics hands and the outside was dirty also. I dropped my Jeep off with 3 bars of gas and when I picked it up it had half a bar and the “need gas light” was on. On the paperwork I signed upon taking the courtesy car it said I had to bring your car back clean and the gas back where it was at. When I received the call that my Jeep was finished I was still at work. I asked Tafal what time you closed because I knew I had to wipe the car out and wash the outside. I ran home and go my armor all and wiped the inside of the car and then ran to the car wash where I spent $14 to wash it. The gas was over where the amount of where it was upon picking it up because I had filled it up the day before. I then took it back and got my Jeep. I feel like if I have to make sure of the things that are expected of me as a customer, why can Conklin Cars not do the same? I was so disappointed when I got in my smelly Jeep after such a long time and had to drive with it dirty and STRAIGHT TO THE GAS STATION. Again I feel as the customer who waited patiently and was very excited to finally get my Jeep back should not have to be let down by some simple fixes to make sure the customer is happy. It would not have been such a big deal but this is the second time I have been treated this way!!! Not a happy customer!!!

They are friendly, and all the staff is willing to meet your vehicle needs, whether they’re your sales associate or not!! I will definately come back!!

They were very cordial had a great greater at the door found the appropriate person right away when we got to negotiating for the vehicle everything was going really good until the last and it was decided to add additional options after I had already written the check for the purchase price of the vehicle I thought that that should have been discussed before I wrote the check they told me a walk out the door price and then after I wrote the check they said oh we forgot to tell you about $5,000 worth of options I was somewhat upset about that and was about ready to cancel the deal

Everyone from the door greeter to everyone outside and inside makes you feel welcome and important..Matt Snyder has been so helpful , kind and caring. Todd Hopkins was great to work with too. Javier I worked with before and everytime I see him he is friendly and comes over to talk..Its a great environment . It is like a big happy family.

My first used car purchase, hoping it is good.

My/our experience was a pleasant one, the salesman was courteous, and not pushy to make the sale. The sales manager visited reassuring everything our salesman had told us, confirming our experience.
