GMC Acadia Concern
As usual, Svc Consultant Ed resolved our concern in a timely manner - typically professional as always (a water pump/fluid consumption). Vehicle was repaired, and it was thoroughly cleaned/washed for us. Dealership upgrades have made the waiting experience far better (though I do wish they had a Diet Coke machine). (I think they should have raised the roof several feet higher, given the scrape marks on the service drive ceiling! Whoops!!)

Work completed On Time
My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. I was taken right on time. Sanjae Encinas brought to my attention some needed routine maintenance, advised the cost and the time required to do the additional work. Everything went as planned. I was shown to your new lounge - very nice. When the work was completed, Sanjae let me know that I needed to bring my car back for a repair under warranty and that a loaner would be provided. I scheduled that work before I left. Thanks for taking care of me.

Great Service
My experience with Dutton Motors dealership has always been excellent. When I bring my car in, I can count on fast service, a realistic estimate of the work required, periodic updates and a reasonable time when the work will be completed. One of my favorite service advisors is Ed Fowler. Whether I drop my car off and take the shuttle bus home or if I wait in the waiting room at the dealership, he always keeps me informed. That is something that you don't see at all dealerships.
