it is like visiting family and the service dept takes care of me in the same manner. the rest of the dealers should follow buttons lead,it would make the world a better place

Brian in the service department is wonderful! Last year I was rear ended on the freeway and my CD changer quit working. It took several weeks but it finally got replaced. One year minus a day of the replacement while I was ejecting CDs it froze up. Realizing it should still be under warranty I called. Brian told me to bring it in and he would see what could be done. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep, but to my delight when I got home from a planned day in Laguna with some friends there was a message on my machine that the car was done! We have taken our vehicles for service at Dutton for many years because the service advisors communicate well with us , the cashier is always friendly, and the cars always returned to us clean! We can't say this about some other local dealerships.

Great customer service. I took my truck in for warranty service, I was told the truck would have to stay over night as it was a pretty timely repair. there service team had my truck done the same day. very happy with this dealership. I have to give a special THANKS to Ed for handling my vehicle service needs and setting me up with a loaner car for the day.
