30k mile service

Jason greeted me and expedited the service very promptly. I was able to sit in the Buick show room which was comfortable. Considering the work that was done it was a quick visit.

A Pleasing and Memorable Experience

Great Job

Allysa was very helpful. Explained everything fully. Job completed in Timely Manner. Told me to wait a week or so for NYS Inspection. Since work done on car would have Negated the inspection. Did not want me to waste $37. Made appt in 10 days to get NYS Inspection.

In & Out

Recently I had a pot and a bubble appeared on my run-flat tire which incidentally has an insurance policy for tire and wheel damage. I called the dealer and they set me up with an appointment immediately. Everything on the dealer side went smoothly the insurance company was a bit of a pain but the dealership's service department handled it quite professionally. Since we had to wait on the insurance company I asked if they could do an oil change and 30,000 mile service. My car runs exceptional because of Grand Prize!

I was in the market for a new 2020 Sierra Denali 1500...

I was in the market for a new 2020 Sierra Denali 1500 6.2L. I I contacted three dealers through the Internet based upon some advertising I had seen. Grand prize Internet department got back to me within minutes. Put me in contact with salesman Marc. I could not say enough about how courteous and professional he was to deal with. Got a great deal on a gray truck. I couldn’t be happier!
