I already submitted a review...... Again Jonathan Cadme was excellent and very knowledgeable in what he does. He didn’t push my wife and I to purchase a car like other dealerships we’ve been to. He was just the opposite, friendly, polite ,explicit just very helpful ,a real people person. I will recommend Grand Prize of Nanuet to people my wife and I work with and also family members and friends because of Jonathan Cadme and they will only see him. I Will never recommend grand prize Chevrolet to anyone for the terrible experience my wife and I had. When I bought my car was great until 2 week after I had it my transmission went and your employees including your managers didn’t give a xxxx and ignored us completely. I will never forget the extremely bad experience my wife and I had with you xxx holes. You guys treated us like xxxx. You guys are only interested in selling. After that the customer is on their own ,if anything problems happens to the car. People warned us about their bad experiences with grand prize Chevrolet too. I should have believed them. Stupid me. Never will I deal with grand prize Chevrolet or by Chevrolet anything. My extremely bad experience is let known all over the cities and states

Took my Escalade in for check engine light to pass...
Took my Escalade in for check engine light to pass inspection. I asked for them to look at why rear wiper doesn't work. They charged me an outrageous amount to repair it, but told me it still requires more work, so paid $853.99 for it to still not work. Try and call service, no one there, speak to a sales person, they say service will call you back. They just don't tell you when. Service is very poor. I will never go there for anything again
