Oil change
Employees are friendly and courteous. Waiting an hour and a half for an oil change, I feel, is a little ridiculous. Other than that all was good.

Second time a charm
We have been leasing automobiles for over thirty years, for both business and personal use. This is the second time we have leased a car from Grand Prize. The first time was nothing short of a horror, when we went to sign the lease agreement. The person in charge of the lease signing changed the numbers, was rude and out right misrepresented what we agreed upon. After refusing to sign and walking out, we eventually came to an agreement. This time around there was a different person handling the lease agreement signing, and the leasing experience was totally different and very professional. We were shown what we asked for by the salesperson and presented a price that we agreed upon. At the lease signing there were no surprises and all went very well. The whole process was very professional.

Such a wonderful experience. Frank my service advisor promptly checked in my vehicle. I discussed the problem and he took my information wrote up a ticket. Later on called to let me know the issue. Had it fixed and I picked up the vehicle. Thank you

Great People, Great Service
I have visited this dealer for maintenance on my Chevy Sub 2014. In and Out. Great Service! I'd just visited them to lease a new Chevy Equinox. Salespeople are very knowledgeable, courteous and clearly provide different options to help you in your desition process. Kudos to their Manager Richard Ceballos and the excellent saleslady Marissa, she helps us during all the process.
