Repairing Exhaust Solinoid
I brought my 2011 Equinox in for repair for replacement of an exhaust solenoid. Service manager was condescending and stated the part was not under warranty. Wanted to charge 800 dollars for the repair. Overheard the service manager joking with coworkers that I was not a good customer. Service manager also claimed that a local shop could not flash the ecm to get rid of check engine light. This was not true as I had rogue Auto in Spring valley do the repair for 200 dollars with no issues. Terrible service. Caveat Emptor!
