I found the salesman, Phil Rossinsky was very helpful and knowledgeable . He was able to easily explain new things about the car. I have leased cars from the dealership and had 3 cars serviced there since 2013. Joe Sinatra has also been helpful.

Management is unorganized and unprofessional. No one...
Management is unorganized and unprofessional. No one returns calls. Dishonest service dept that creates issues w your vehicle that weren’t there before. Admin neglects 5+ messages, Bill Fagnan- Service Msnager neglects 10+ messages. I had to file a formal complaint in order for someone to finally get back to me. Jason Lanzillotti gave me an estimate for 2000$ that I couldn’t afford. I had to wait n not drive it. When I brought it back Jason said “nothing changed” and quoted me 3700$. I had to ask about warranty items that were mentioned last time and he kept changing numbers. He denied the first estimate at 2000$ until I found my copy and sent it over. Only then was the original estimate honored. They fixed my car and 3 days later I had problems I never had before w my car. No one took my calls after countless messages. When I finally brought it back their answer was “we didn’t do that” and quoted me 1261$. I took my car and ran. They are under qualified, unprofessional liars. I will never bring my car back there. It’s privately owned so there’s no corporate headquarters to contact so all issues are handled in-house which means nothing is ever correctly dealt w. It’s friends working w friends and ignoring all the poor customer service that takes place. Do not go to this dealership...I won’t even get started on the sales dept. they are just as unprofessional and inadequate. In short it’s a bunch of clowns who don’t know how to do their jobs.
