Great Service-Cleanliness of car after long recall
All went well except the fact that my car was dirty when I came to pick it up. The service advisor washed the car when I pointed it out. Note: This is not a huge deal because you had my Cruze for 5 weeks due to a recall. However, where ever the car was parked, a lot of debris got in the door jambs, trunk jambs, etc. That should have been cleaned up.

Great Service
My 2014 Chevy Cruise was involved in a safety recall. When I called the dealership about this problem, I received prompt and courteous attention, and a service appointment was scheduled quickly. I was extremely happy to learn that my car did not need a replacement part, and truly appreciated the courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism of your staff.

Great service, very knowledgeable
My husband and I were thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of the sales/leasing of our new car. Sales professional Phil Rossinsky was outstanding! Finance Officer Rosalie was extremely efficient, professional, and very pleasant. It was a wonderful doing business with Grand Prize Dealership. They will see us again in three years.

it was pleasant but your waiting room has a lot to be desired before you could at least see into the repair shop. it is very closed in. this part is about GM the part which is a design defect (think ignition switch) solenoid lock on hatch back of Malibu maxx is price gouging. this is the 3rd lock in a car that only has 43400 miles is garaged & the hatch is used 2-3 times a month. it was grossly overpriced last time. 159 for part & 230 for labor. this time 353 for part & 240 for labor. I can buy many electrical (TV, computers, cell phones etc for less money. I will not recommend any GM products as the company has nothing but contempt for their customers --still

Great service, frnedly people
I was helped by Linda Cicero to find a good deal on a chevy cruze as my 2007 Saturn Ion (due to the recall) would not function properly anymore. I was very frustrated with the situation and she took amazing care of me. She gave me excellent advice and prepared me for a quick and smooth transition into my new lease. I am so happy with the way she helped me. Super friendly and efficient. As I had never leased a car before she went over the 36 month lease with me clearly and I look forward to doing business there in the future!

Low Pressure sales
Went to dealer and met Rich Santana. Was originally looking at a Buick. He listened to what we wanted in a x-over SUV and steered us to the Chevy Equinox which met all items on list. We are very happy with our purchase. Never any pressure to buy it lease. Very patient showing us all of out options to maximize our decision.
