Grand Prize has some very talented customer service people and technicians. One technician I am sad to see leave was Joe Calderi, who I heard retired. Rick Waldron has never disappointed getting my car through the maze of service on time. It is not the sales staff that makes a dealership good it is the service that does and keeps people returning.

Finally fixed
When I first called and requested an appointment, I was told nothing was available for more than a week. I explained that this was not a simple oil change or recall, but that the car was unexpectedly completely out of service. It took a phone call to a supervisor to make arrangements for the repair. If I were not a long term customer, I would have been stuck without transportation for well more than a week.

Exceptional Service
My problem was 2 fold. First i had a highway emergency that required my vehicle to be in ur service dept for 4 days. Service Mgr Al, and Service Writer Mike S were quick to respond both Professionally + Courteously to a positive end. Then owner Mike H Serv. Mgr. Al and Body Shop Mgr John all did the RIGHT THING re: my Rear Tailgate issue by doing there part and ensuring that Gen Motors stepped up to the plate. Great Experience
Arnie was a patient and great help, taking the time to explain everything and find us what we were looking for. Rosie in the finance office was dogged in matching the rate we had been offered and was great making sure we understood everything and got what we needed.
