Collision Center repairs

I needed repair to my bumper after a car accident. The repairs took just a day to complete, and I was back driving my car the next day.

Great service

My car had to be towed there due to decreased engine power. They were able to diagnose and fix problem same day, which was totally unexpected. I was very happy.

quick and great service

I had an 8:30am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Couldn't believe that I barely sat down and started to read my book when I was told everything was done, I swear it was less than an hour as promised. Great job

2014 Chevrolet Malibu is a Lemon

Although repair was made to my latest mechanical problem, other issues still remain. I still remain dissatisfied with my vehicle of 17 months. No satisfactory solution in site!

Recall of CUE system in my Cadillac ATS

I was treated very quickly and courteously by Mike Cerentano(sp?). Friendly, funny and respectful individual. The loaner Cadillac was ready, and once my car was fixed, I received a gift certificate and a full tank of gas because of the recall inconvenience. I must say, I was impressed by the entire experience. Thank you!

great service

I came in for a oil change and Nys inspection ,Jim was very nice and helpful, you have this new machine when you come in that checks your wheel alignment, they told me I need an alignment, I think the machine is wrong, my tires are wearing perfectly, and nothing is pulling to the right or left, I had my friend which is a mechanic ,and all he does is wheel alignments all day, check it out and he said it's perfect he can't make it better even if he tried, so you might want to check that machine,

Best Service Department!

Wonderful service department. I was able to have a ride to work quickly both ways. I was very happy. All of my issues were resolved with no questions. Excellent experience!
