Service

Friendly, professional service with a smile. Took about as long as I was told and expected. Liked the new cushiony waiting room chairs. Washed car which was a nice plus!

Took the car in on an emergency basis

After a jumpstart by Onstar I arranged to drive directly to Grand Prize for a new battery. I also needed an oil change and some routine maintenance. My 2009 xxx has 26,000 miles and is just out of warranty. Hate to have a bill for $1300 after discounts, but trust the work was necessary.We were most surprised that we required new two rear brakes. It took a few hours longer than projected. A lift home was provided at both ends. This is perhaps the key reason I use this local dealership for all service as I am the only driver in our family. Frank was the service counselor.He was most professional and accommodating.

Great Service

I brought my Buick in at 8 AM for a NY State inspection and oil change. The service was excellent as usual.

2014 CTS

I had two small dents in my new 2014 CTS and your service manager John Yantos was extremely accommodating in getting it into the body shop and fixed in a timely manner. It was fixed to perfection and looked as if it just came off the showroom floor. I was extremely pleased.

A trustworthy service advisor - how refreshing!

Mike Celentano is an excellent service advisor who has been looking after our cars for years. We always know that Mike will be honest with us and look out for our best interests. Unlike our experiences with service advisors at other dealerships, I always feel that Mike recommends the services that we need and is careful to make sure his recommendations are what are best for our car and not necessarily what will simply bring in a higher service fee that day. As a result, we have requested him as our service advisor repeatedly and even followed him from another dealership. Grand Prize is lucky to have him on their staff!

Nice people and good follow up!

It started out great, I loved the product and chose to buy the truck. Then a major problem happened when I signed the agreement, paid the deposit and went and got the loan closed and insurance activated. I was notified the truck was not coming and the other dealer sold it already. I was extremely upset and dissatisfied with the level of service I got from this mistake but the Sales mgr Pat and my salesman made it all up to me after that and I left a thoroughly satisfied customer. Pat really went above and beyond to make things right and was very concerned for the customer satisfaction. He spent a lot of time to make things right and find me another truck with everything I wanted in a short amount of time.

Tire and rim replacement

I had to purchase a new set of tires, rims and associated parts for my 2012 Cadillac Escalade which required sales, parts and service to work together. I only needed to make one phone call and all three groups worked seemlessly together and my truck was ready in less than 3 hours after dropping it of. Excellent teamwork (as always).

great atmosphere,great showroom

Grand Prize is great!

They take your car right away. They have beautiful waiting area with coffee and doughnuts and tv. They washed my car even tho I was only there for an inspection. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Excellant enviroment

Michael the service associate was tremendous, very well mannered, experienced and caring. Listened and identified the service problems that were impending, reacted to a solution. Really cared about my automobile. This individual should be recognized for his loyalty and commended.
