great repair job on 2013 Chevy Cruze

Joe in the collision center managed the repairs to my car very well. Joe would not allow after market parts to be used on my 2013 Chevy Cruze because he maintained that the car should not be repaired using same. The repairs came out beautiful - the car looks brand new!!!!!

Exceptional Service Department

I've always had positive interactions with your dealership. Jim Kolbernick is always my service advisor when my car needs service, I cannot express how helpful and accommodating he is. He always understands and goes above and beyond to help me since my car seems possessed and always has rare issues! I also wood like to thank Al, who I believe is a manager for his help repairing my car. We have 5 GM vehicles in my family and always go back because of the great all around service! Thank you... Your Staff treated me with Respect and Courtesy. The work done was terrific and my wife and I were driven by your staff to our Doctor appointment in Valley Cottage. great service, friendly reps, clean environment

I found it to be very pleasant. I found the waiting room very nice, I didn't expect it to be, the people were very friendly. My car was taken care of in a timely fashion, and I was pleasantly surprised that when I walked over to the car that it had been washed. What great service!!! Thank you. Also, the price of the job was very reasonable. Thank you again.

I received a phone call before any work was done and all issues were fully explained. I do not bring my car anywhere else for service.

Friendly service staff, comfy, clean waiting area.

1st time I ever waited for a service, however the lounge area was very comfortable and the service was done very fast. Signed in and out in less than 30 minutes.
